This Holiday Bazaar at ART150 will feature local artisans, crafters and artists, just in time for the Holiday Season. With goodies and gifts for sale during the kickoff of the Season, this event is not to be missed!

Table Load-in & Setup: Friday, December 3 (2:00 PM – 5:00 PM)

Open Hours:

Friday, December 3 (5:30 PM – 9:00 PM)

Saturday, December 4 (12:30 PM – 6:00 PM)

Sunday, December 5 (12:30 PM – 6:00 PM)

We Are Looking for Vendors!

You do not need to be a Pro Arts member to participate

Each Space is $75 (non-refundable) and will be approximately 8 linear feet with the option to have wall space behind your booth for more sales space.  Please note, you will need to provide your own table and chairs for the Bazaar and be present (or have table coverage) during open hours.

There are 20 spaces available – first come- first served. Spaces will be confirmed with payment.

Space Reservation can be paid on the Pro Arts member website (https://www.proartsjerseycity.org/) via any Donate or PayPal button. If you prefer, make check payable to Pro Arts and mailed to 344 Grove St. PMB 190, Jersey City, NJ 07302

FAQs/Terms and Conditions:

*Artists/Vendors are responsible for installation and breakdown, including any necessary wall repair with breakdown.                                    

*Artists/Vendors are responsible for the sales booth installation – providing their own hooks and tools. 

*Artists/Vendors (or their own representatives) need to be present throughout the open hours of the Holiday Bazaar.                                                                               

*Artists/Vendors are responsible for art sales: Venmo, PayPal, personal checks, cash.            

*Walls of the space cannot be painted, however artists are permitted to bring small rugs, nice chairs, to customize their sales area.                                         

*Artwork/merchandise in a range of prices is recommended. 

*Replacement merchandise is recommended when items sale.
