Nicoletta Siccone is a lifelong artist and art educator, born and raised in Hoboken, NJ. She has a B.A. from Montclair State University and an M.A. in Art Education and Administration from Kean University. Nicoletta began her teaching career in the Jersey City Public Schools, and has taught art to adults and children of all ages throughout New Jersey.

In recent years, Nicoletta has focused more on her work as an artist, after many years in the field of education. Her work is inspired by her world travels and heritage, expressed through a variety of mediums, including fibers, acrylics, oils, mixed media, sculpture, and jewelry. She currently studies sumi-e painting with the legendary teacher, Sensei Koho Yamamoto.

You may also find Nicoletta at a local market, exhibiting her line of zipper jewelry, known as Art-ologie. Fascinated by the reinvention of the mundane zipper, she elevates it to an art form as extraordinary zipper designs for men and women.
