Hyewon Wang is a visual artist who has explored perception through photomontage, site-specific and architectural design that alter the physical, sensory and temporal experience of space. She worked and lived as an architectural designer and a visual artist in New York City for 15 years and has been working as a design director and a spatial concept director in Seoul, Korea and Hangzhou City, China since 2010. Her work has been exhibited in online art platform such as Artsy.net. She is currently based in Seoul, Korea.

My approach to art is a fluid and trans-aesthetic, beyond the boundaries of single medium or sensory channel. My inspiration and imagination always comes from various sources like literature, music and journalism.
